Easement by Prescription???

  I need some advice regarding "easement by prescription."  Can anyone recommend an attorney in our area who can lead me through the process.......or does anyone out there have experience with it themselves.  I introduced the option of prescriptive easement to clients that I think could and should benefit, but I don't know the best route to take to get the process moving.  Thanks for any advice!!
