Money Making Scams

It seems that the new money making scam on T.V. and internet is convincing average folks that they should sell their home on their own.  "Don't pay a Realtor....you can make so much more marketing your property yourself AND have total control over the transaction."  "Buy our software and we'll show you how to net the greatest profit on your property sale."               SUCKERS!!  On average, a home seller makes between 1% and 4% MORE if they list their home with a Realtor.  That's NET PROCEEDS folks (after commissions).    Unfortunately, the people in our country have been led around by the nose by the media (newsprint and commercials) which says otherwise.  PLEASE, people. Do your own research and see that not only will a Realtor handle your whole sale, from start to finish.  He/She will make you more money.  Submitted by Don Bell, Realtor
